Product: HP 5510
Hello,
for the first time in 5 years of use "I got Ink System Failure 0xc19a0042" error message.
I only use original HP cartridges and have always done. The current ones are clean and not empty.
I can't get the message to disappear. Even if I turn the printer off repeatedly (even with cartridges removed) it always comes back up with the error message.
Can you help?
