HP Recommended
Product: Office Jet Pro 6968

Tried to use non HP black ink. Didn’t know it would lock out printing. Returned that cartridge and installed correct HP cartridge.  Printer still won’t print black.  Just replaced color cartridges and now color won’t print either!

How can I unlock the printer.  Info on screen says “genuine HP cartridges installed.”
