Product: Deskjet 2655
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

For some reason all of our HPs quit printing black inl at the same time.  Color prints fine, but wont print black on any of the htree HPs in the office.  This all happened at once with some using HP replacement cartiridges and outher using non-HP.

 

We followed hte step s to delete and reinstall drivers that did not help.  We do not think it is a driver issue as when you coopy a form on the copy function you get the same results.  Seems to be printer related.

 

We have been trying to resolve this for days.  HP Support is non-existent and the HP Virtual Assistant is Virtual Usless.  Any ideas on fixing this?
