C5180 Printer
Microsoft Windows 7 (32-bit)

Hello. Have a C5180 printer and trying to install onto a laptop. The only question I really have is about HP Photosmart Software Suite and Driver on this page: https://support.hp.com/us-en/printer-setup/hp-photosmart-c5100-all-in-one-printer-series/1153538/mod...

In Step 2, it states 'If you only want the print driver (without the Photosmart Software Suite), it is available as a separate download named "HP Photosmart Basic Driver".

Exactly, where is this HP Photosmart Basic Driver" for my Windows 7 laptop? I cannot find it anywhere. On the driver download page for this printer and my operating system (Windows 7 32-bit), there is ONLY the option for the entire Photosmart Software Suite. I DON'T want the whole suite. I only want the driver. HP states there is a "Basic Driver" available. Where is it? And, why is there not a DIRECT LINK to take me right to it? And why does one have to jump through so many hoops in order to just get a little help with an HP product? I can positively state that my next ANYTHING is NOT going to be an HP product. I should have known better because I've had HP products before and have nothing but problems installing and using their products.
