Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

A couple days ago I couldn't print. The printer was on, but the PC and HP Smart saw it as offline. I checked for updates on the printer, none available. At that point I noticed the time was way off. Same day, but around 8 hrs off. I tried a reboot, no change. I did a reset via the printer and now have instant ink issues. The printer states "cartridge cannot be used until printer is enrolled in HP Instant Ink" and HP Smart says "Incompatible HP Instant Ink Cartridges". Since it won't use the ink installed, it can't get past the test page step on setup.

My Instant Ink account is still active, and I haven't had any interruption since I enrolled a few years ago.
