HP Instant Ink - Signing In to Your HP Instant Ink Account

This document is for HP Instant Ink customers.
HP Instant Ink is an ink cartridge replacement service. To participate, enroll your HP Instant Ink eligible printer in an HP Instant Ink plan that charges a fee based on the number of pages you print each month. The printer sends ink level information to HP, and when ink levels get low, HP automatically ships ink replacement ink cartridges. If you have not yet enrolled your printer with the HP Instant Ink service, go to Enrolling in HP Instant Ink.
If you already enrolled your printer with the HP Instant Ink service, sign in to your HP Instant Ink account to view your account information.
  1. Go to hpinstantink.com/signin (the HP Connected website) to sign in to your HP Instant Ink account, if you are not signed in already.
       NOTE:
If an Invalid Email or Password or For security reasons, your account has been locked for 30 minutes message displays, go to Account Sign In Errors
  2. On your HP Instant Ink account page, review the following HP Instant Ink account information.
    • Status: Confirm your printer is connected to the HP Instant Ink service, see how many pages you have printed, and how many plan and rollover pages you have left.
    • My Account: Change or cancel your plan, find your account number, update your credit or debit card information, add to your Prepaid balance, or change your shipping and billing address.
    • My Ink: See your cartridges’ current status. Click View your entire ink shipment history for more information on shipments.
    • Print History: View the date and number of pages printed, and download invoices from completed billing cycles.
    • Account History: View detailed information about HP Instant Ink shipments, including the shipment date, shipment tracking numbers, and any additional charges. Also find enrollment and cancellation dates, promotional and referral discounts, and all historical transactions for your account.
    • Help Center: Find answers to common questions, videos, and other resources.
