Hello,

 

When I print the quality report everything looks good except that magenta has light and darker alternating shades going vertically. Kind of like every even numbered print head is a lighter shade and the odd numbered heads are darker.

 

Can someone explain what this means, please?

 

I ran printhead clean and also printhead recover from the service menu. The print report looks just the same.
