Product: MFP M477FDW
Operating System: macOS 10.15 Catalina

After updating my MacBook Pro to the Catalina 10.15.3 version I have not been able to print using WIFI and the last encounter with the help desk was a run around that didn't resolve the problem. I am still looking for a solution that works and not a walk around!!??
