Product: OfficeJet Pro 9015

Depending on if I have ECM on or off, or if I am running at slow or fast baud rates, I get a communication error when faxing just 2 specific numbers. Sometimes a single page fax goes through without a problem. But anything over 2 pages will fail right away stating a communication error from the pool of numbers listed in the title. What bothers me is that if I look them up, they all have the exact same description! There has to be some sort of detailed description for each of these errors. Otherwise, why bother with all these different error codes if the all day the same problem? So, does anyone know of a means of seeing a more detailed breakdown of each error code? Or does it not exist?
