Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

in a Customer office: When I connect usb cable automatically download every time HP SMART APP and configure Itself without mapping USB queue so printer can't print (no Ports section on the driver)

Trying to remove Smart App It's worked 1 time see Ports section and usb queue.

After restarting Win10 every time itself download Smart App and printer driver go in the first state no Ports section in the driver) so I'm going in a loop.

In old methods without Smart App always installed perfectly !

 

Issue before uninstall SmartApp: In HP Support Assistant discovered an Old M521dw printer and Itsef believe was not updated, I think a conflict with MFP 586 printer full driver installed now.
