Multiple printer models
Microsoft Windows Server 2016

We are using the newest universal print driver v6.8.0.24296 and having an issue with a blank page spitting out after the print job. We are having this issue on multiple printer models both color and mono. We use a Windows Server 2016 print server. I opened a case with HP but it went nowhere so I closed it. I am wondering it anyone is seeing this. The issue only seems to occur with the PCL 6 driver. We tried with postcript and it does not happen but we do not want to use postcript in our prod environment. We have also tested with an older upd pcl version 61.196.1.22169 and the issue does not occur. I have checked all the driver settings i can including page separator. The issue began when we inadvertently updated the driver on the print server and I am wondering if the server is utilizing some old driver files but I am not bale to open the Microsoft KB2004234 to read it. We have also tried using model specific explicit drivers and it seems to work ok as well but we use TROY software and cannot get it to work with model specific drivers at the moment. Anyone else seeing this issue?
