M402dn
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I had this problem - Jam in Cartridge Area. Open door to clear.
I have a M402DN which after replacing a new cartridge toner the problem surface after serveral prints.
As I have been a HP user for over 40 years since the days of the Postscript printer from HP, I started to open up the printer and checked every corner inside and outside, turning it upside down. But no avail.

I was on the verge of ordering another printer after narrowing down to the M402dw which I was unable to buy a few years back when I thought a forum would provide better solution then the You tubes found on line.

True enough I read a post on paper jam and found that the 402 has a back door and opened it. There it was the culprit. A crumbled paper stuck there. Tq to the users who post this to save sleepless nites to other users in this bind.

regards
Peter
