Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

I get this message every once and while, after completing a few jobs asking to replace a certain printhead, even if the printhead is printing fine. Once I pull it out and put it back in it will be fine. All contacts are clean and it hasn't printed very much.

I'm just wondering if there's reset option for this? Drop detector? Any service menu options?  It gets really annoying when I have to wait for the printer to cool down then reinsert the printhead to continue.
