Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (32-bit)

Hello All,

 

I am having a issue with drop sizes when using the full width. If I print a block colour at 1500mm x 1000mm it will come out at the correct size on the control panel side of the printer and 3mm shorter on the ink cartridge side.

 

I have looked through the settings and can't find one to do with this, if there is a way to solve this?
