HP Pavilion X360 m3-u10dx (core i3 7th gen model, with 6 gb of ram)
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

So I have an HP Pavilion X360 m3-u10dx (core i3 7th gen model, with 6 GB of ram) that has been working great for the past year or so since I got it in July of 2017. But last week, my battery started to drain extremely quickly, at first being able to hold a 7-8 hour charge on web browsing, but now on battery saver even, it only holds a charge for 3-4 hours. I can't begin to imagine what it would be like on regular performance battery mode. It also charges extremely slow, taking over 5 hours just to get 70-80% charged, normally taking 3 hours, maximum. I had thought it had something to do with products from the Pavilion x360 line having overheating problems, but I used the client listed on the HP website to check if my battery is affected because it does get unusually hot after just 2-3 hours of web browsing. But it said my battery is not affected, so I do not know what to do. I got a message saying my battery has problems with holding a charge and they said to try and contact HP support, so I am kind of, and they said I may have to replace my battery. Any insight on anything I can do to fix this other than replacing my battery?
