Product: Laser Jet Pro M402dn

I am not sure this is the right board (non of the options seemed appropriate).

 

I pulled the tray out of the printer and it fell on the floor, and the front panel disconnected. I put it back together but now it's not pulling the paper. It says "Paper Jam" but there is no jam.

There is one black piece of plastic that I am probably putting in the wrong place., but can't figure out where is should go.

 

What is the best way to get this resolved? I need to see an example of a good tray, but no pictures of that anywhere online.

 

Please help! I woud not want to throw away the printer.
