Product: Leser Jet Pro M501
Operating System: Mac OS X 10.11 El Capitan

Hi there,

 

our office got Leser Jet Pro M501 last month, and we installed the soft.

All Windows PCs and  an iMac are okay, but 4 iMac.

 

• not print more than print (about 80% failed)

• "Pause" automatically and try 4~6 times, and seems to get sent data for print, but it's not.

 

I see those things, 

Ready to Print 1 page

Printing - Conneted to printer.

Printing - Print job was not accepted.

Printing - Waiting fot job to complete

Printing - Unable to get printer status.

 

At the first day, the paper was jammed. I took off the paper, but the printer and my PC was still showing "Paper jam." I restarted the printer and my PC, but my PC showing "Paper jam.". I throw the icon from system preference and add icon again.

Please advise.
