HP LaserJet Pro 400 color Printer M451 series
Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

The printer stopped printing yellow.  I assumed it was a problem with the HP toner cartridge even though it still showed it had some life left and I replaced it with a brand new cartridge.  (all cartridges are genuine HP).  The yellow still won't print.  I printed a supplies status report which shows that the yellow cartridge has 100%, but the yellow bar does not print.  All other colors print fine.  I've heard of inkjet printers clogging and not printing but I've never heard of anything like this with a color laser printer.  Does anyone have any ideas what could be wrong or know if it is repairable?  The printer is only 4 years old.  Thanks
