Product: LaserJet Enterprise M506

Hi,

 

We are replacing our P3015 with M506. While testing M506, I notice we can ping the printer from my laptop on the same subnet, but not from other machines on different subnet, but other machines on different subnet can ping my laptop.

 

The printer will eventually be used to print jobs from a printer server which will be on different subnet. And I can ping P3015 from different subnet without issue. I have checked and ensured the subnet mask and gateway configuration of M506 are correct. I have also updated it with latest firmware.

 

Any advice will be appreciated. Thanks.
