Product: HP LaserJet M426fdn

Hi,

 

we want to use the M426fdn in our company as Fax and Printer. But we have to set a Administrator Passwort for the device. How is it possible for the User to access the Fax Address Book / or the Email Adress Book an change / add entries without knowing the Admin password?

 

I cant understand why the user has to enter the Admin-PWD for adding a contact into a list.

The Firmware Version of the device is already the newest available.

 

Hopefully it can be done.
