LaserJet Pro 400 MFP M425dn
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

We recenlty had a power outage that affected my LaserJet Pro 400 MFP M425dn.  When I power on the printer, the progress bar stars and gets about 1/3 across the screen, stops and then the ? comes on and the green and yellow lights in the lower left hand corner begin flashing on and off.  If it sits long enough it will restart and stop at this same point again.  Occasionally an Error 49 will show up before it restarts and continues the same loop over and over.  I have tried a cold reset, didn't change anything.  I can't reach the printer via the web interface as it won't come up.  Not sure but the ethernet port may no longer be working as there are no lights on on it.

Tried hooking up a USB cable but it isn't booting far enough to register with the computer.  Tried flashing the Firmware but it doesn't recognize the printer as being there.

The printer is about 1 & 1/2 years old so it is out of warranty.  If anyone has any suggestions I'd appreciate hearing them.  Is the ethernet port on a board that can be replaced if it is shot?

Thanks,

Tim
