I have followed the HP instructions for printing from Windows 10 on a #10 letter-size envelope. I place a single #10 envelope in tray 1, with guides lightly touching the sides of the envelope, top side up, stamp end of envelope inserted toward printer.  Printing correctly occurs on the top side of the envelope. However, the print is upside down and is not centered correctly; it appears to be printing for a smaller sized envelope.

While troubleshooting, within the printer settings, I set the paper size for tray 1 to #10 envelope.  Even though one #10 envelope was loaded into tray 1, the printer printed on 8-1/2 x 11 paper from tray 2. The print appeared to be correctly positioned for a #10 envelope on an 8-1/2 x 11 page. My #10 envelope was still in tray 1, awaiting printing which never occurred.

Please assist. Thank you.
