Product: LaserJet Pro MFP M428fdw

We replaced an old MFP with a new LaserJet Pro MFP M428fdw a few weeks ago.  In the middle of the night/early morning, it is printing a Power Fail report when receiving a fax.  Once it does this, the machine does not receive any further incoming faxes.  We have a lot of important faxes coming through in the middle of the night so this is a problem.  It is on a dedicated fax line and plugged directly into an outlet.  It is set to fast speed, but I'd rather not have to change that...if that is the issue (I haven't tried) then it shouldn't be an option.  The firmware is current.  It is not a fax from the same number causing the issue.  It doesn't happen during the day.  We aren't losing power...  When this happens we have to unplug the machine and plug it back in - having missed all of the faxes that came in the meantime. The faxes we receive are only 1-2 pages.  I feel like I should have stuck with Brother...
