Product: LaserJet Pro MFP M477fdw

Hi,

I recently tried to send a duplex fax from my LaserJet Pro MFP M477fdw, but it does not seem to be possible.

 

Since the printer is clearly capable of faxing duplex documents because it can copy and scan them, is there any chance of a firmware update fixing this issue?  Is there a way to put in a formal request to fix the issue.  It seems odd that this printer is incapable of something that much less expensive printers are able to do.
