Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have become cursed with the "Driver is Unavailable" problem with my 2 month old LaserJet Pro M428fdw

The printer worked fine for 2 months until it didn't. As far as I can tell, no major update happened. Only thing that might have happened is it claims there is low toner.

Other 2 computers on the local network have no issues printing to it.

I used the basic installation and the full installations, and nothing works.

I've uninstalled the drivers and reinstalled repeatedly.

The last time this happened, we even reset the computer and it didn't work. We ended up replacing it.

If I use HP Smart, I can make it print out status reports and ink levels.

I've looked at countless forum threads, I've played around in regedit, and I've restarted everything repeatedly.
