Product: LaserJet 2420dn
Operating System: Ubuntu LTS
I have replaced the formatter board on a 2420dn and now the printer appears as 2410. According to the service manual there is a procedure for restoring correct model. Can you inform me about the steps I need to take in order to restore correct model information?
