Product: HP Laserjet M611x
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Our new M611 has been working great, but this morning the printer is offline & the status screen says "Intilailizing", with a advancing counter now above 90,000...

Is this a fireware upgrade, is something stuck, how long should we wait...?

 

Problem is now fixed...

since the counter was so high (perhaps a day's worth of counting), it seemed safe to assume the printer was just stuck on starting up, so I turned the printer off, then on with the power button...

Start fine.
