Operating System: macOS 10.15 Catalina

The drop down menu for the OS needs to be updated to include macOS Big Sur, version 11.

 

I am using a Mac with OS 11.0.1 (Big Sur) and Safari browser 14.0.1.

 

Yesterday I accepted an update for the firmware on my printer, new date code 20200612.

 

Since accepting the new firmware (or possibly after upgrading to Big Sur) I cannot print in duplex from my Mac using Safari. I have power cycled the printer and this didn't resolve the issue.

 

I can successfully copy 2-sided -> 2-sided, so I think it's a software vs hardware error.

 

Any advice on how to print in duplex from my Mac browser would be much appreciated!
