Product: Deskjet 3830
Operating System: Ubuntu LTS
I have my drivers installed on my laptop in Ubuntu 20.04, but I am trying to set up the scanner. The problem I have is when connected with a USB cable or wireless, my laptop cannot see the printer. However, I can still print on it. The error messages I'm receiving has to do with my Firewall opening ports, etc., but on Linux we don't need a Firewall. I don't know what I'm doing. I get a problem and I track down the solution, but this problem has me stumped. Thanks.
