Product: DesignJet T3500

Trying to load single 24"x36" sheets of vellum into the printer and it seems to be very touchy in terms of alignment.  No matter how well I line it up with the blue line on the left, it takes usually 5-8 tries to get it to accept the alignment and load the sheet.  Tried a standard sheet of white bond as well, and the same issue.  Is it a sensor issue?  Possibly not seeing the edge of the sheet the same each time?
