HP Recommended
Product: HP Officejet Pro 576dw
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have an HP Officejet Pro 576dw printer. We lost the pincode to the printer, and although I've tried all of our commonly used pincodes none work. The setting on the printer to reset to factory settings is locked by the "administrator". Is there a way to reset if my pincode is lost? Without the pincode I can't setup wireless, and do a host of other things. 

 

If I need to do a factory reset, please reply if you are a HP employee. Thank you.
