Problem showing in HP Print and Doctor 5.3.1 after running Fix scanning "The full software solution for your product is not installed on this computer" 

lot many times i have tried to install the full software after downloading from HP website. And it does not show any error message but when I try to find HP scan it does not show anywhere on the computer and HP Print and Doctor also show that HP Scan is not there on the computer. So kindly tell me the solution for fixing scanning problem. Also tried Windows scan or scan function  on my computer but the printer name does not show up.
