HP Recommended
Product: HP Laserjet M15W
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My HP Laserjet M15W printer has somehow gone offline, and I'm having trouble getting it back online. One of the troubleshooting suggestions says the printer is turned off, but the green power light is on. I can't get past that troubleshooting suggestion, because if keeps reminding me to turn the printer on. But it appears to be on already.

 

Suggestions? Thanks in advance.
