Product: Samsung Xpress SL-M2835DW
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

Sporadically there is a communication issue between our PC and the Samsung printer. Not a very common occurrence but our issue is when this does occur the error prints out on the paper loaded in the printer. Normally this would not be a big problem but in our case we use this printer to print checks so what's loaded is a stack of blank numbered checks. Printing errors on these renders them unusable and the whole check run (could be 150 checks) has to be voided and recreated with a new started check number. In any event we have search documentation and online to find a setting that would prevent these errors from actually printing and have not been successful. Can anyone tell us if suppressing these error printout is possible.
