I want to print only 5x8 labels in tray 1 and the rest in tray 2. When I print a label it will print in tray 1 but when I print an invoice in tray 2 it tells me to put available media in tray 2 and press ok. When I press ok it will print from tray 2. When I do my work orders I print out the label first and that seems to print fine. Then when I ask it to print the shipping slip (8.5x11) it tells me to put labels in tray 1 or press ok to continue then I press ok and it will print the shipping slip. I just need to be able to go to tray 2 when after it prints the labels. I don't mind if I have to shut the door of tray 1 to have it go to tray 2. I set it to factory defaults in my printer settings in my computer and everything worked great but the labels came out speckled. I am at a loss and need help asap! Thank yuou in advance.
