MFP HP LaserJet Pro série M426M427
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi,

I have an M426 MFP printer, everything was working fine until I changed my local network IP address.

I changed the IPs of the computers and the MFP. All devices communicate. The computers ping the MFP and can print. I scan from the MFP to SMB mode.

But scanning from computers does not work. I need this function for an application. I need the twain drivers work.

I deleted the HP software application but when I install it again. During installation, it asks me to enter the IP of the MFP. But it doesn't see it. The application no longer finds the MFP.

I deleted all the drivers, printers, ports from print management but without success.

The HP driver installer application no longer communicates with the MFP. It is as if it cannot forget the old IP address of the MFP.

I have tried installing the app on another computer and it works fine.

Thank you for your help.
