HP Recommended
Product: M426fdw
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

We have a M426fdw installed.  It has been working without issue, but now the screen is white and we no longer have control options.  We can send print jobs without issue, but without the display screen we can no longer use the copy feature or do any printer configurations.  Please help.  Thank you.
