Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

This printer used to print good, then all of a sudden everything started printing very light/faded (all colors).  Color calibration multiple times made no difference.  I entered the secondary service mode and set everything (contrast, shadows, highlights, etc.) to the max of 5 and it only made the prints slightly darker.  I have another printer identical to it so I exchanged the ITB (intermediate transfer belt) which made no difference.  I also cleaned the mirrors.  What other hardware could be causing

this?  See attached pictures - first is before the adjustments in the service menu.  Second is afterwards.
