Product: Color Laserjet MFP M577
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I am trying to get this to scan to a network drive but no matter what I do, I just keep getting "verifying access" on a loop.  See screenshot.  I have tried just about everything I can think of for credentails/domain and it just keeps verifying.  It doesn't even error out.  Does anybody have any experience getting this to work?error.JPG
