Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

The printer is not showing up in list of Bluetooth devices to connect. It was fine two days ago, now it's just missing Bluetooth connection HP Smart says it's offline. I have been able to connect with wifi Direct so I can get work done, but I'd rather use Bluetooth again. 

 

Drivers are fine (on both PC and laptop), I've done all the troubleshooters and coming up with no good answers. 

The PC is brand new, but the printer was working after set-up. Blue light flashing - this printer does not have a window display - button only.
