Product: LaserJet Pro MFP M426dw
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
Hi,
I would appreciate if someone could help me with scanning issue I have with my M426dw.
When I make first scan/copy from a flatbed, just after powering on the printer, all is scanned perfectly. BUT, from 2nd scan/copy on, it seems scanner mechanism is moved back a little so the scanning starts actualy before glass starts, and ends before page ends, do the copy is out of the area.
To me, it looks like it needs some kind of scanner calibration. BTW, under "administration" there is no "calibration" option available.
FYI, scanning from feeder works completely normal.
I would appreciate any support on this.
Thanks
