Product: M476dw
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

I have two MFP M476dw printers - one at work and one at home.  The one at home is unable (never as far as I know) to scan the back page of a document automatically when using the ADF set for duplex scanning.  I end up with the front page scanned OK but the back page consists of a page of green lines.  I unsuccessfully tried to install the Scanner and Printer doctor to try and sort the issue out but it fails to install citing an unknown error which is of no help!
