Up until a few days ago, scan to network was working fine on this machine. Then the scanner account had its password expire. I reset the password to the identical one it had and set to never expire. Since then, scanning works, but it asks the end users to input a username/password/domain at the printer terminal itself before every job. On the web interface, the scan jobs are all correctly configured with this information and set to always use those credentials. There is no reason why it should be asking users to key in the info on every scan job. Please advise how to fix this.
