HP Designjet T120
macOS 10.13 High Sierra
Hello,

I have installed the drivers and completed the setup of the HP Designjet T120 printer with the intention of using it to print a long scroll/banner.

I am having difficulties - I have created a custom paper size of 2700mm x 450mm and selected the 'roll' as the paper source on the interface on the printer itself.

The file I am trying to print is a 2700 x 450mm PDF.

I have tried the following:
1. Different page sizing & handling options (fit/actual size/shrink/Choose paper source by PDF options)
2. Different page orientations, including 'auto'
3. Selecting my custom paper size in 'Page Setup' options
4. Creating a 450 x 2700mm custom paper size (switched)
5. Changing the default settings in the printer itself

The outcome of all of these resulted in pages cut at A4. They do not include the whole image, and they are not cropped to fit A4 OR an A4 tile portion of the whole image. It seems to be something in between.

Standard page sizes such as A1 work (an A1 page is actually printed), but again the image is not cropped to fit the page and some weird in between seems to be occurring.

Please could someone help me?
I bought this printer specifically to complete this university project and am unable to use it for this purpose!

I am using Mac OS X 10.13 so the usual forums with Windows OS advice are slightly confusing - I do not have a 'paper source' drop-down menu anywhere, or options relating to paper cutting when I am configuring the print setup...

Please and thank you!
