Help!
I updated by Mac on the weekend and my printer started acting out. At first it wouldn't print duplex and would constantly jam. Then it would only do the first two pages. Now it won't print at all. At one point there were some error messages and now when it jams several of the buttons flash but the screen itself is blank with no error message listed. I followed all the protocols for clearing it, turning it off, unplugging it from the source as well as the cord from the machine itself. I've uninstalled it and reinstalled the printer in the printer setting under system preferences on several occasions. I've tried updating the drivers but it appears that nothing is as high as 11.4 (the OS listed in the drop down is 11.2). I'm stuck. I need it for work. The printer is only 4 months old - an upgrade from an older epson that was bleeding my drive on printer cartridges but never once had a mechanical issue or software issues in the years that I had it. I'm not impressed. I've already dedicated a lot fo time to trying to fix this. Any insights would be helpful .Reaching a human at HP seems daunting if not impossible. Help!!!
