Product: Office Jet Pro 9010 Series Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I replaced an HP Instant Ink cartridge and the received the following message, "Thank you for installing your HP Instant Ink Cartridge. Don't forget to recycle your used cartridges...."  I hit OK and the message won't go away. I have turned off printer and turned back on, I have unplugged printer, and the message remains. How do I get this message off the screen so I can access the other options on my printer?

 

Well, it seems it was sending a message to my other computer, not the main one mind you, but after clicking OK about four times on the other computer the message went away. Go figure!
