My wife has a weird situation at her office.  They have two computers, a main system server and a client.  Both are Windows 10 Pro 64 bit systems.  The Server has 2 HP printers attached via USB..a Laserjet 2055D and an OfficeJet 8600.  Printing from the server is not an issue..both printers work perfectly and have from day one.   The printers are configured as shared printers.

The client computer on the network has both computers configured.  With the 8600, again no issues.  All printing works fine.  However, with the 2055D when they try and print a Word Document that has their letterhead template with a logo in the header and the footer, the output shows the logos messed.  In particular, the header logo looks as if it was cut in half horizontally and the top half and bottom half switched.  We've uninstalled and reinstalled the printers and drivers on both client and server and still no resoluation.  Any ideas?

Thanks a bunch in advance.
