HP Recommended
Product: HP officeJet Pro 8745
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I had the 8610 and had no issue then I got the new 8745 and it wont print from an older software I have

Its because some of the reports the software generates goes to the print list with no Document Name

How can I create names or tell the printer not to be so fussy

 

Please help its is an accounting software and I really need all the reports
