Product: HP PageWide Color MFP P77940

Hi guys, I'm experiencing a problem with our HP PageWide Color MFP P77940. Suddenly, all computers that I set in Quick Sets are gone. This is the second time happened and now we can't add the computers in the Quick Sets. Do you have any suggestions what to do?

What I did so far:

- Checked the SMB settings and Network Profile (still the same when it was connected)

- Connect while client's firewall is off

- Restarted the printer
