HP 6500A Plus

two weeks ago tried to fax someone.

keep getting a busy signal, every time I tried to send.

tried again to fax, same results.

after unit powered up, 

screen displayed “ Fax Sent Failed “

then screen displayed “ Redail in ‘0’ sec

not able to access any else on the display
